2011 New Forest Run

Sunday 5th June 2011. Despite the dire warnings of rain all day on the weather forecast, there was the usual excellent turnout of MGs on the day, spanning the decades from the 1930s to the very latest MG6... two of them in fact! Having topped up on the excellent bacon butties and a cup of tea or coffee, the drivers and navigators set out on a 65 mile run through the beautiful New Forest, finishing at Breamore House. Here the weather finally let us down with a downpour, which might have dampened the ground and the the participants, but not their enthusiasm. Photos by Malcolm Bailey unless credited.
